We looked at Creeks Landing First where our salesman informed us that The Estates at Greenbrier would give us more for our money, including a #3rd car garage at no extra cost. Do yourself a favor and find another builder. NOW SELLING. Located in the popular Mount Holly area, Arbordale features our Elements collection of homes. Located just minutes from downtown Mount Holly which features many great shops, restaurants, and parks. Also nearby are tons of shops and restaurants on Wilkinson Boulevard as well as Downtown Belmont. I-85 access is a short 10 minute drive from the community. This location truly has it all and you won't find a better, more central location, that is so close to all of this great stuff for this price in the market.
When I met with the director, he reiterated to me that this was normal. This man was the most arrogant, condescending man I've ever come in contact with! He had the audacity to tell me that he didn't care how I lived nor what I knew! He basically told me that I had to live with this issue or cancel the deal, IMAGINE??? With this all being said, buyers beware, True Homes has the right to terminate your contract for no justifiable reason, its in line 11 or under miscellaneous, so read carefully!

How much is the base price for a home to build on my own lot. The man who answered in the uptown Charlotte office told me it depends on which town I build in. I asked why should the base price of my home matter on where the lot is located?
I asked just for the house itself not the land or any of the prep costs. This means that they can charge a huge premium on a home that may cost the same to be built in a less desirable area. So they would charge me more for living in Fort Mill or South Park for example then they would charge me for an area where the prices in the developments are a lot lower. So because of this they could not give me a base price of a home. He then said Im telling you right now we wont build a home for under $300,000.
